The communication from the staff was excellent. They provided clear instructions for accessing the hotel and my room. the location was ideal for visiting Camden and Camden Market with many restaurants nearby. i liked that the hotel had easy access to public transport for exploring the area.
The room was quite small. It felt cramped with luggage.

The room included a comfortable bed and air conditioning. It ensured a restful stay. The ensuite shower had good water pressure, great after a long day. The room was clean upon arrival.

Though there was no breakfast offered, complimentary tea and coffee were available. there is also a costa coffee shop just two minutes away. Several nice pubs are within easy walking distance. The location is perfect.

i found the location excellent, just near the subway station. the room included a useful electric kettle. i liked that i could leave my bags after checkout, this was very helpful for my late flight.
i noticed some noise from the street. good windows would improve sound insulation.

The location is convenient near public transportation. The room had air conditioning that worked very well. I found tea and coffee facilities available in the reception area.
The stairs to reach my room were somewhat narrow, a little challenging with larger luggage.

The air conditioning worked VERY well, essential given the recent hot weather. I found the location excellent for exploring Camden. It also allows easy access to other areas using the nearby tube stop.
I did notice some slight wear and tear in the bathroom, but it was minor.

The owner or manager was helpful assisting with various requests. This contributed positively to the stay. Staff addressed needs promptly and courteously, a PLUS for any traveler.

The hotel offered a pleasant outdoor seating area. It was located at the rear of the hotel. This provided a quiet space for relaxation. I considered it a valuable amenity.

The location proved convenient, located very close to the Underground station. The check-in process was straightforward, and communication regarding key access was clear. The room had an electric kettle, convenient for making tea and coffee. I also appreciated the availability of local shops, including M&S and Tesco, nearby.
I noticed that the carpet in the room could use replacing, as it was a little old.
